Parents usually ask
Is this enough training?
The schedule is built around load management. Doing more is how young athletes get hurt or burn out. The plan builds speed without overtraining.
Is my athlete too young?
Starting early means building good habits and mechanics before bad ones set in. That gets them ahead of the curve.
How do I know my athlete is safe?
Every session has a drop-off and check-in protocol, and parents get a direct line to staff. Michael and the staff build a one-on-one relationship with each athlete, so issues are caught early.
Is every athlete accepted?
No. Every athlete has to be approved by Michael before joining, and spots are limited.
